Do I need to create an account on your website?

No, you don't need to create a separate account on our website. We only require your FaucetPay email address to send your rewards. This makes the process quicker and more convenient for you.

What is FaucetPay and why do I need it?

FaucetPay is a micro-wallet service specifically designed for Bitcoin faucets and other cryptocurrency rewards. You need it because:

  • We send all payments through FaucetPay
  • It allows you to receive small amounts of Bitcoin that would be too expensive to send to a regular wallet
  • You can combine earnings from multiple faucets
  • It's free to create and use

Can I use multiple FaucetPay accounts?

No, using multiple FaucetPay accounts to claim rewards is strictly prohibited. Our system detects multiple accounts from the same user, and all associated accounts will be permanently banned if we detect this behavior.

What information do you collect from me?

We only collect your FaucetPay email address to send your rewards. We do not store personal information, and we never share your data with third parties. We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service.

How does the claiming process work?

Our claiming process is simple:

  1. Enter your FaucetPay email address

  3. Complete the offers/surveys that appear (this is how we verify you're human)
  4. You'll be redirected to our Telegram bot
  5. Send your FaucetPay email to the bot
  6. Receive your reward within 24 hours

How many offers do I need to complete?

What if I can't complete all the offers?

You must complete all the required offers to receive your reward. If you're having trouble with certain offers:

  • Try different offers - there are usually multiple options
  • Ensure you're answering survey questions honestly and consistently
  • Make sure you're not using a VPN or proxy, as this may limit offer availability
  • If you continue to have issues, contact our support team

We redirect you to our Telegram bot to:

  • Verify that you've successfully completed the offers
  • Provide a secure channel for you to send your FaucetPay email

This extra step helps prevent fraud and ensures rewards go to legitimate users.

Our base reward is 3000 Satoshi per successful claim. However, the actual amount may vary based on:

How long does it take to receive payment?

Payments are processed manually within 24 hours after you send your FaucetPay email to our Telegram bot. In most cases, you'll receive your reward within a few hours, but during busy periods it may take up to 24 hours.

Why are payments manual instead of automatic?

We process payments manually for several important reasons:

  1. Fraud Prevention: Manual verification helps prevent bot abuse and multiple accounts
  2. Quality Control: We can verify that offers were completed properly
  3. Personal Touch: It allows us to provide better customer service
  4. Flexibility: We can handle special cases or exceptions when needed
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

There is no minimum withdrawal amount for claims. You'll receive your full reward (approximately 3000 Satoshi) for each successful claim, regardless of the amount.

However, if you want to withdraw your Bitcoin from FaucetPay to an external wallet, FaucetPay itself has a minimum withdrawal threshold, which is typically around 20,000 Satoshi.

Why haven't I received my payment?

If you haven't received your payment, please check the following:

  • Did you complete all required offers?
  • Did you send your FaucetPay email to our Telegram bot?
  • Has it been more than 24 hours since you completed the process?
  • Are you using a VPN or proxy? (This may cause delays or rejection)
  • Did you provide the correct FaucetPay email address?

If all these are correct and you still haven't received payment, please contact our support team on Telegram.

How do the monthly prizes work?

Our monthly prize program rewards our most active users:

  • 1st Place: 0.009 BTC
  • 2nd Place: 0.006 BTC
  • 3rd Place: 0.004 BTC
  • 4th-10th Place: 0.002 BTC each

To qualify for monthly prizes, you must make at least 5 successful claims during the calendar month. Winners are selected based on claim quantity, offer completion quality, and overall activity.

The offers aren't loading properly. What should I do?

If offers aren't loading, try these solutions:

If you completed offers but weren't redirected to our Telegram bot:

  4. If you remember, provide details about which offers you completed

  • Check if Telegram is experiencing outages (this occasionally happens)
  • Try again after a few minutes - the bot might be temporarily busy
  • If the bot remains unresponsive for more than an hour, contact our support team directly

Rules & Limits

What are the claiming limits?

We have the following claiming limits to ensure fairness:

  • Time Between Claims: 4 hours (you can claim 3 times per day)
  • Weekly Limit: 8 claims per week
  • Monthly Minimum for Prizes: 15 claims per month

These limits reset at midnight UTC time.

Can I use VPN or proxy with your service?

No, using VPNs or proxies is strictly prohibited. We detect and permanently ban users who attempt to use VPNs or proxies because:

  1. It violates the terms of service of our advertising partners
  2. It can be used to circumvent geographical restrictions unfairly
  3. It's often associated with fraudulent activities and multiple accounts

We can detect most VPNs and proxies, and using them will result in permanent banning of your FaucetPay email from our service.

What happens if I break the rules?

If we detect rule violations, the following actions may be taken:

  • First offense (minor violation): Warning and temporary suspension
  • Serious violations: Immediate permanent ban
  • VPN/Proxy usage: Immediate permanent ban
  • Multiple accounts: Immediate permanent ban of all associated accounts

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and abuse of our system.

Why was my account banned?

Common reasons for account banning include:

  • Using VPNs or proxies
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using automated scripts or bots
  • Attempting to cheat the offer systems
  • Abusive behavior toward our support team
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent activity

If you believe your account was banned in error, you can contact our support team to appeal the decision.

Are there country restrictions?

We welcome users from most countries. However, users from some regions may experience:

  • Fewer available offers
  • Lower reward rates
  • Additional verification requirements

Unfortunately, we cannot serve users from countries where our advertising partners restrict services. This is beyond our control.
